Family Offering $1 Million Reward In Nancy Guthrie’s Case
Savannah Guthrie and her family are offering a new, $1 million reward for the return of their mother, Nancy Guthrie.
84-year-old Nancy has been missing from the Tucson, Arizona area since February 1. Her case has captivated the world, but she still has not been found.

Throughout the past few weeks, Savannah (a co-anchor on the TODAY Show) and her siblings have shared several videos pleading for their mother’s safe return.
Most recently, on Tuesday (February 24), a tearful Savannah shared a video announcing the introduction of a $1 million reward in her mom’s case.
“Someone knows how to find our mom and bring her home,” Savannah says in the clip.
She said they continue to hope for the best possible outcome, but also realize that Nancy, “may already be gone.”
“Please keep praying without ceasing,” Savannah said. “We still believe. We still believe in a miracle. We still believe that she can come home, hope against hope, as my sister says. We are blowing on the embers of hope.”
She continued to say, “We also know that she may be lost. She may already be gone. She may have already gone home to the Lord that she loves.”
Savannah appealed to those who took her mom. She asked them to please come forward so her family can either celebrate a joyful reunion with Nancy…or begin mourning her loss.
In the caption of her post, Savannah explained that the $1 million reward “will be paid only for recovery of Nancy Guthrie, consistent with FBI criteria for payment of its reward in this case.”
FBI Phoenix shared a statement on X (formerly Twitter), saying this reward will only be paid for “credible information that directly leads to [Nancy’s] return.“
Additionally, the Guthrie is donating $500,000 to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to help the many other families with missing loved ones.

Savannah Guthrie And Her Family Have Been Cleared In Nancy’s Disappearance
Amid the search for those responsible for Nancy’s disappearance, people started speculating that one or several of her family members could be involved.
The rumors prompted Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos to release a statement announcing that all members of the Guthrie family have been cleared as potential suspects.
“To be clear…the Guthrie family – to include all siblings and spouses – has been cleared as possible suspects in this case. The family has been nothing but cooperative and gracious and are victims in this case. To suggest otherwise is not only wrong, it is cruel,” Chief Nanos said.
He urged the public and the press to respect the Guthrie family as victims, and “report with some sense of compassion and professionalism.”
In addition to the $1 million reward being offered by the Guthrie family, the FBI is offering a $100,000 reward for information that leads to Nancy’s return or an arrest in her case. Additionally, the Tucson Crime Stoppers is offering a $102,500 reward.
Anyone with information pertaining to Nancy Guthrie’s case is encouraged to contact the FBI tip line at 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324).
The FBI emphasized that this tip line is meant for “serious and detailed fact-based information,” not well-wishes, unsupported theories, or messages for the Guthrie family.
