Presley Gerber, Son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, Dies at 27
Presley Gerber, the only son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, has died at the age of 27.
According to records from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Gerber died on Sunday at a rehabilitation facility. An autopsy has not yet been completed, and an official cause of death has not been announced.
“The family is asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time,” the representative said.
Presley was the older brother of model and actress Kaia Gerber. He was the only son of Cindy and Rande, who have been married since 1998.
Presley Gerber’s Modeling Career
Gerber began his modeling career at a young age. He signed with IMG Models when he was just 15 years old.
Throughout his career, he worked with major fashion brands and appeared in campaigns for companies including Calvin Klein. He also walked runways for several well-known designers.
Despite growing up in a famous family, Presley experienced personal struggles that he discussed publicly over the years.

His sister Kaia also spoke about his struggles in an August 2026 interview with Vogue. The magazine described Presley’s battle with drug addiction as a decade-long struggle.
Kaia said that her brother’s openness had affected the entire family. She also expressed pride in his willingness to be honest about his experiences.
Presley had previously explained that he hoped sharing his story could help others who were facing similar challenges.
