According to Billboard’s estimate, “Choosin’ Texas” had generated approximately $13.9 million globally based on figures available through September 14.
The song had generated an estimated $10.5 million in the United States alone.
The calculation includes audio streaming, global video streaming, digital sales and domestic radio airplay.
The song had also generated about $2.4 million from radio airplay, after accumulating more than 977,000 spins, according to Luminate data.
Global publishing royalties were estimated at nearly $6 million, while global label revenue was estimated at nearly $8 million.
Ella Langley Is Not Taking Home All $13.9 Million
The $13.9 million figure is an estimate of the revenue generated by the song. It does not represent Langley’s personal earnings.
Her exact share has not been publicly disclosed because the financial terms of her agreement with Sawgod and Columbia Records are not public.
Billboard also noted that the estimate does not include additional revenue and publishing royalties connected to “Dandelion,” the album that features “Choosin’ Texas.”
Sony Music Group did not comment on Billboard’s estimated figures.
