Charlie Puth delivered a flawless rendition of “The Star-Spangled Banner” ahead of Super Bowl LX, much to the delight of viewers.
Singer-songwriter Charlie Puth had some big shoes to fill when he stood mid-field to sing the national anthem on Sunday. Following in the footsteps of Whitney Houston, Chris Stapleton, Reba McEntire, Faith Hill, and more, Puth knew the pressure was on, but it didn’t show.
The 34-year-old hitmaker wowed game attendees and viewers with his stunning performance of “The Star-Spangled Banner.”
Puth stood on the field behind a keyboard, joined by a brass band and a choir, as he sang. He brought his own soulful sound to the song while maintaining the integrity of our nation’s anthem.
