Stella began her message with a touching reflection on her sister’s passing.
“If anyone get to heaven I’m sure she made it right on time,” Stella wrote, adding that Dolly had “got her wings.”
She imagined her sister arriving in heaven surrounded by the sparkle and personality that made her so unforgettable.
“I know she’s showing out big time, in all her sparkles and shine. That was my sister’s way,” Stella wrote.

Stella described Dolly as one of the most generous, thoughtful and kind people she had ever known.
“What the world saw is exactly who she was,” she wrote.
She also recalled that Dolly had always thought about how she could help others, even when facing her own mortality.
According to Stella, Dolly had recently told her that if there was no hope for her, she would allow her medical team to try experimental drugs if doing so could help other people in the future.

Stella then shared what may be the most important part of her tribute.
She encouraged people not simply to mourn Dolly, but to follow the example she set throughout her life.

Their Tuesday Morning Tradition Will Never Be The Same
Stella also revealed a deeply personal tradition she shared with Dolly.
Every Tuesday morning, before sunrise, the sisters would talk on the phone while having their morning coffee.
Now, Stella says those mornings will never feel the same.
“My Tuesday morning coffee time will never be the same, but her love, respect and goodness will remain,” she wrote.
