Instead, he wanted to talk about someone close to his heart.
The singer revealed that Lynch is battling what he described as a horrible brain tumor. Kid Rock also said he recently learned that the teenager had entered special care.
He encouraged his fans to leave messages of support and prayers for Lynch and his family.
