Carrie Underwood joined her fellow American Idol judges Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan for a series of talk show appearances on Tuesday (March 24), including stops on The View and Live with Kelly and Mark.
They are promoting the 24th season of American Idol, which is currently airing on ABC and about to start live shows after a few weeks at Disney Aulani, Resort in Kapolei, Hawaii.
To being the episode on Tuesday, The View‘s table was full with hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Sara Haines, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, and guest-host Abby Huntsman.

After talking about the Iran War, President Donald Trump’s SAVE America Act, and a hot topic around a boyfriend making his girlfriend visit his parents every weekend, the hosts welcomed Carrie Underwood, Lionel Richie, and Luke Bryan, this season’s American Idol judges.

When it was time to interview the Idol judges, two hosts were noticeably absent from the table, Sara Haines and Joy Behar. It’s not uncommon for hosts to give up their spot at the table so guests can have plenty of room, but the fact that it was Behar who exited the stage raised some eyebrows.
The 83-year-old comedian returned to the table after the Idol judges’ segment.
