Jelly Roll Achieves Milestone Goal In His Health Journey
Since starting his health and fitness journey in 2022, Jelly Roll has lost an impressive amount of weight. Most recently, the singer confirmed that he has lost 275 pounds.
On January 2nd, Jelly even hit a milestone goal of landing on the cover of Men’s Health.
The achievement was a longtime coming, after back in December 2024 the “Save Me” singer announced his goal during an episode of the Dumb Blonde podcast, hosted by his wife, Bunnie Xo.
Since then, Jelly has been extremely transparent about his journey, sharing the highs and lows that come with losing a significant amount of weight.
Those Closest To Jelly Are Also Extremely Proud
In September, Jelly’s health consultant, Gary Brecka, also shared he was extremely proud of the singer’s weight loss journey.
Brecka revealed on the Bussin’ With the Boys podcast at the time that the two connected when Jelly sent him a direct message, asking if he ever worked “with fat people.”
He shared that he then connected with Jelly to do some basic testing.
“I’ll never forget that flight. It was actually very sad because I could see this guy’s heart,” Brecka said. “He’s a good human, but he could barely fit in this private airplane seat. And he started talking to us, describing what it was like to go through a day in the life of just being him and his weight.”
Brecka explained that Jelly’s health was in such poor shape, he even feared for his own life.
“Every morning that he would wake up, he said as soon as he would wake up, he would thank God that he didn’t die that night,” Brecka continued. “Because he felt like he was gonna die every night he went to sleep.”
The health consultant shared that Jelly is tremendously deserving of his massive success, and couldn’t be more proud of the man he has become.

Jelly Roll’s Health Coach Shares His Support
On Saturday (January 3), Jelly Roll’s health coach also shared just how proud he is of his client.
“I’ve had many moments in my career that I’m proud of, moments that once lived only in my imagination—milestones & dreams I spoke out loud years ago and chased down one step at a time. I’ve been proud of many of them,” Ian Larios wrote on social media.
He continued, saying Jelly’s weight loss journey “hits differently.”
“The absolutely legendary & iconic Men’s Health cover,” Ian continued. “@jellyroll615 , “proud” doesn’t even begin to cover it. You spoke this moment into existence, you sweated for it, and no one can ever take that away from you.”
Ian is also a nutritionist, chef, and dietician to some of the world’s best UFC fighters.
While he said this milestone was a “mission accomplished,” Ian reminded fans the two were just getting started, and looked forward to the year ahead.
