Dispatch Call Reveals New Details About Hayden Panettiere’s Death
New details have emerged following the sudden death of Nashville star Hayden Panettiere.
A dispatch recording from the emergency call that brought first responders to the scene appears to shed new light on what happened before the 36-year-old actress died on August 16.
911 Dispatch Mentioned An Overdose
According to audio obtained by Country Rebel from Broadcastify, dispatchers described the emergency as a cardiac arrest.
During the call, an officer can be heard saying “Overdose. CPR is in progress.”
The recording has raised questions about whether an apparent overdose may have contributed to Panettiere’s death.
However, authorities have not officially confirmed an overdose as her cause of death.

Hayden Was Found Unresponsive
Greenville, South Carolina, authorities responded to a report of an unresponsive woman at the Judson Mill Lofts shortly before 2 p.m. on Sunday.
First responders found Panettiere unresponsive and in cardiac arrest.
Medical personnel immediately began advanced cardiac life support in an effort to save her.
Despite those efforts, she was pronounced dead at 2:32 p.m.
Police have said that an acquaintance made the 911 call.
The preliminary investigation has found no signs of foul play or suspicious circumstances.
Coroner Says No Trauma Was Found
The Greenville County Coroner’s Office completed Panettiere’s autopsy on August 17.
Coroner Mike Ellis said the examination found no signs of trauma that contributed to her death.
However, the official cause and manner of death remain pending.
The coroner said the investigation is still active and that additional studies are needed before officials can make a final determination.
That means the dispatch recording provides an important clue, but it does not establish the official cause of death.
Hayden Panettiere Was Only 36
Panettiere died just days before her 37th birthday.
She became a household name after starring as Claire Bennet on Heroes.
Country music fans knew her best as Juliette Barnes on Nashville, where she played a country music star and performed songs for the series.

The Investigation Continues
The dispatch recording has brought new attention to the circumstances surrounding Panettiere’s death.
For now, officials have not declared an official cause.
The coroner’s investigation remains ongoing, and additional testing will be needed before a final determination can be made.
For fans who followed Hayden from Heroes to Nashville, the news has been especially difficult.
