Riley Green Calls 15-Year-Old Allie Rae a “Mini Reba” After Powerful Lainey Wilson Performance on The Voice
Fifteen-year-old Allie Rae delivered one of her most memorable performances on Season 30 of The Voice. Her powerful country rendition earned major praise from her coach, Riley Green, who compared her to country music legend Reba McEntire.
During the show’s Cut Week, Allie took the stage to perform Lainey Wilson’s hit song “4x4xU.” She brought plenty of energy, confidence, and emotion to the performance, impressing the coaches with her growing stage presence.
Riley Green was especially pleased with what he heard. After her performance, he gave the young singer a memorable compliment.
“I loved it, everything about it was great, like a little mini Reba. You’re so fierce. We got to see the best version of you in that performance and I really loved it,” Green told her.

Kelly Clarkson Also Praises Allie Rae
Riley wasn’t the only coach impressed by Allie’s performance.
Kelly Clarkson also praised the 15-year-old’s talent and reminded her how much potential she has at such a young age.
“You are 15 years old, that is CRAZY. Regardless what happens, right now, you are so far ahead of the game. You are gonna be incredible,” Clarkson told her.
Allie has already made a strong impression throughout Season 30. During her Blind Audition, she performed Alannah Myles’ “Black Velvet.”
Riley Green turned his chair first and pressed his First In button, securing Allie for his team before the other coaches could make their decisions.
She later faced Harmony McKee in the Battle Round. The two singers performed Miranda Lambert’s “Mama’s Broken Heart,” and Allie earned the victory.
Riley Green Chooses Joe Henley for the Live Shows
Despite the glowing comments, Allie’s journey took an unexpected turn during Cut Week.
Riley Green had to choose the final contestant from five remaining artists on his team. After considering their performances, he selected Joe Henley for the upcoming Live Shows.
That meant Allie Rae was among the contestants eliminated during this round.
However, her journey on The Voice may not be over.
Allie is among 16 artists competing for the Cut Week Favorite spot. Viewers have the opportunity to vote for their favorite contestant, and the winner will earn a place in the Top 13 for the Live Shows.
For now, fans are waiting to see whether the talented teenager will get another opportunity to compete.
Regardless of the outcome, Riley Green’s “Mini Reba” compliment gave Allie Rae a moment she will likely remember for a long time.
