Donald Trump Jr., the oldest son of President Donald Trump, announced his engagement to girlfriend Bettina Anderson Monday (December 15).
Trump Jr. began dating the model and Palm Beach socialite just one year ago. He took the opportunity during a Christmas Reception at the White House to announce the big news!

“It’s not often that I’m at a loss for words ‘cause we usually do the ranting and raving really well,” Trump Jr. said.
He went on to thank Anderson “for that one word, ‘yes,’” before describing the nerves he felt about popping the question.
“When you go down there, it’s like, you’re gonna go, and you’re trying to ask, and you’re not sure what the answer’s gonna be. It’s always a little bit rough. But she said yes, which is a big win for the end of the year,” Trump Jr. continued.
When Bettina took the stage she gushed about how excited she was to marry the love of her life, and “felt like the luckiest girl in the world.”
