
“Yellowstone” Star Cole Hauser Sends Supplies & Support To First Responders Amid Texas Floods

Death Toll Rises Over 100 In Texas Following Destructive And Devastating Floods
Cole Hauser, the actor who played Rip Wheeler on Yellowstone, has vowed to assist the dedicated first responders working to help others during the Texas floods.
As of approximately 10:30 AM ET on July 8, the NBC News live blog about the flooding states the death toll has climbed to at least 104. The outlet states that 84 of those deaths were reported in Kerr County.
Many flood-centered stories have focused on Camp Mystic, a Christian summer camp along the banks of the Guadalupe River. The camp has confirmed they lost 27 campers and counselors in the flood.

Rescue crews have continued the tireless search for survivors. NBC News reports, “It’s an all-out search for survivors by water, air and horseback.”
Yellowstone Actor Cole Hauser Takes Action To Help Those Affected By Flooding In Texas
After seeing the devastation the floods have caused in Texas, Cole Hauser offered support to those needing assistance. The actor released a statement through his coffee company, Free Rein Coffee, pledging his support to Texas first responders.
“Our hearts are with everyone impacted by the flooding in the Hill Country. To the first responders working around the clock, thank you. Your courage and commitment mean everything, especially in moments like this.”
Beyond a simple show of support, Hauser also announced his company was bringing coffee and other supplies to first responders helping with flood relief efforts.
Additionally, Hauser asked his followers to direct him to anyone on the front lines who could use some help.
“If you’re on the front lines and could use some [support or supplies], let us know in the comments. Stay safe, Texas. We’re with you.”

Hauser isn’t the only famous figure who’s offered support to Texas following the floods. Several country stars, including Jo Dee Messina and Randy Rogers, have spoken up and shared prayers for those affected.
Texas native and country artist Robert Earl Keen has already started planning a benefit concert to help with flood relief. He promised to share more details about that concert at a later date.
