Luke Bryan Has Hit Another Huge Milestone In His Career

Luke Bryan is once again proving he is one of the most successful artists in country music!

The five-time Entertainer of the Year has won his 32nd #1 single of his career with “Country Song Came On.”

“WOW #32! I love standing on that stage for country fans more than ever,” Bryan said. “Thank you for showing up for me.”

Bryan’s Country Song Came On Tour will continue into the fall, finishing October 6 in Biloxi, Mississippi. The singer has battled illness while on tour, forcing him to cancel a few shows.

The country star earned his last #1 with “Love You, Miss You, Mean It” in October 2024 and his first #1 dated back to December 2009 with “Do I.”

“When I first heard this song, it took me right back to the clubs and honky-tonks I played before I got to Nashville,” Bryan said of “Country Song Came On”. “I love how the writers kept the simplicity in the track and let the lyric paint the story.”

Bryan’s Incredibly Successful Journey In Music

Since coming onto the country music scene in 2007, Bryan has sold more than 75 million records worldwide, with several of his albums, including Crash My PartyTailgates & Tanlines, and Kill the Lights achieving multi-Platinum status.

Bryan has earned multiple Entertainer of the Year honors from both the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association, and his 2013 album Crash My Party was named the Top Country Album of the Decade by Billboard in 2019.

Throughout his career, Bryan has garnered a total of 21.7 billion global streams, 11.5 million global album sales and 52 million track sales worldwide.

In 2023, he was presented with the SoundExchange Hall of Fame Award in recognition of his spot as one of the most streamed artists in SoundExchange’s 20-year history.

Last year, Bryan was chosen to receive the ACM Lifting Lives Award for “improving lives through the power of music, his generous spirit, and commitment to serving others.”

Bryan’s Time On American Idol

In addition to his accomplishments in music, Bryan has become a beloved name in households across the country with his time as a judge on American Idol.

During an interview earlier this year, Bryan shared how his time on the singing competition has helped him grow personally and given him a broader perspective on the world around him.

“It’s like having a looking glass into America’s youth,” Bryan said. “Without American Idol, I wouldn’t have a front row seat to the ups and the downs of America’s youth growing up in a new wave of social media, with all the positives and the negatives.”
