Wyatt Flores’ Recent Social Media Post Left Fans Completely Confused
Apparently, Wyatt Flores won’t be stepping into the role of fatherhood just yet.
On Wednesday night, September 24, fans of rising country singer Wyatt Flores were left shocked after the 24-year-old shared a post on his X account that seemed to hint he had just welcomed his first child.
In the post, Flores shared a photo of himself sitting on a couch, holding a sleeping newborn baby in his arms.
He captioned the post, “Guys I’ve got some big (little) news…”

Needless to say, fans of the “Running Out of Time” singer had a lot of questions.
To anyone’s knowledge, there had been no speculation that Flores was preparing to become a father.
Well, after sending social media into a frenzy with the “big news,” Flores finally addressed it hours later…only to take it back. It turns out, the baby in the photo wasn’t his at all. The whole thing ended up being a prank from the singer.
It’s not clear if Flores meant for the post to become as viral as it did. It seems like it was just a playful stunt ahead of his announcement that he will be performing at Stagecoach this year.
The official lineup for Stagecoach 2026 was announced on Thursday morning, September 25.
Cody Johnson, Lainey Wilson, and Post Malone will headline the three-day festival, joined by some of country music’s biggest names.
Flores will perform on Sunday, April 26. He will be following acts like Brooks & Dunn, Hootie & The Blowfish, and Warren Zeiders, according to the official poster.

If Flores planned to pull the harmless prank to stir up some buzz before his big career news, it worked!
